Some ways to make images smaler!
MY Favorite way:
https://ditherit.com/
I have to do basic math to do some actual resizing but sometimes its a fast and easy way to process a bunch of pngs and get a similar look out of them!
There are a few things that add to the file size of an image, the biggest & most obvious being Aspect Ratio and Color! If you have a big White image with no details, it doesn't really take up as much space as like, a small image with a rainbow and static on it. Reducing the colors & size are usually ur primary first methods for reducing file size, but of course sometimes pick between what serves u better! Some images i need More colors, others i need them to be bigger on the screen. Ditherit i think is pretty self explainatory, you're able to do both and control the palettes & get a pretty good looking outcome! i just Like It, i like small images and i like the way it looks "pixelly" LOL but you can just use it to kinda just reduce the size Or palette if you want!
Another way (which id normally do in CSP but i dont think you have =w= ? i think? ) is go to
https://www.photopea.com/ and use image → adjustments → posterize & try to get it as low as u like it... u can also change the size on export
Also reminder that our beloved,
https://ezgif.com/, can resize gifs super easily!!
the basic tips:
basic palettes take up way less space! Consider how important the range of colors / gradients are to ur image :3
for some reason, static / Textureful Tones (especially halftones / colored halftones) take up way more space :o
smaller images are smaller!

you can only fit so much data in less pixels!
I hope you find a way to reduce the file size that you like!
