You'll need to understand basics on dragonfolk (basically they're dragon people. you're likely familiar with this concept. They are a humanoid that can transform into a full dragon.) and probably the basics of unchained (it's a high fantasy setting). If you want to make a Blackwing, understand that as a concept. So basically, your biggest first choice when it comes to making a dragonfolk, I think would be whether or not it's a Blackwing Hunter. If it is, it'll lead a life consistent with those of hunters.
